Health Insurance
Employees are eligible for health insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. The company offers a self insured plan using UHC’s network and administrative services. The company shares the cost of the insurance.
Life/AD&D Insurance
The company offers a FREE life insurance policy for all full-time employees with the company for at least 60 days.
Dental & Vision Insurance
Employees are eligible for dental and vision insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
The 401(k) plan is offered to all employees who work 1,000 hours per year and are at least 21 years old. Activation begins Jan. 1 or July 1 after one year of employment. The company matches 100% of the first 2% and half of the next 5% employees contribute to the program. Employees are 100% vested after three years of service.
Tuition Reimbursement
The company offers a variety of training and development opportunities at no cost to employees. The tuition reimbursement program outlined below is also available to full-time and part-time employees seeking to further their education though college credit courses.
Paid Time Off
Full-time and part-time employees receive paid time off.
After 1 year: 2 weeks
After 5 years: 3 weeks
After 10 years: 4 weeks
Holiday Pay
We value the well-being and work-life balance of our employees. To support this, we offer a flexible holiday policy that allows team members to choose between taking paid time off during holidays or opting for additional pay.
Holiday Time Off: Employees can enjoy designated holidays off, allowing them to relax, recharge, and spend quality time with family and friends. This time off is fully paid, ensuring that employees can take a break without financial concerns.
Holiday Pay Option: For those who prefer to work during holidays or require additional compensation, we offer the option to receive extra pay. This ensures that employees who contribute during holiday periods are fairly rewarded for their efforts.
Supplemental Life Insurance/Critical Illness and Short-Term Disability
Full-time employees are eligible for Supplemental Life Insurance/Critical Illness and Short-Term Disability on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Supplemental Life is available for the employee and dependents. The employee and their dependents are guaranteed specific levels of coverage without answering any medical questions.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Full-time employees are eligible to make pre-tax contributions to pay for out-of-pocket medical expenses and dependent care. Employees are eligible on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Wallis offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP provides FREE, confidential counseling for employees and their dependents. The program provides licensed counselors, social workers and psychologists available to answer calls 24 hours a day. All EAP counseling is completely confidential.
Weekly Payroll
Wallis Companies provides weekly payroll to all employees to support your financial well-being and ensure quicker access to your hard-earned wages every week.
